From this centre advice and information is provided on a wide range of issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment.  The service is available to people living in North Bristol, and the BS32 and BS34 areas of South Gloucestershire.

Counsellors mainly support adults over 18 years old, individuals or couples.  Network is a large voluntary counselling agency and training organisation based in Henbury.  It mainly support adults over 18 years old, individuals or couples.

Cruse, based in St. James Barton, Bristol, exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people and to enable anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss.  For day by day help telephone 0844 477 9400.  RD4U offers support for young people, also through their young person's helpline 0808 808 1617.

The Bristol Lesbian and Gay Switchboard (BLAGS) offers confidential advice to gay men, lesbians, as well as to people with concerns about sexuality.  Call on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Advice Counselling on Alcohol and Drugs (ACAD) offers free counselling in Bristol to anyone concerned about their own or someone else's alcohol or drug use.
