Since the pandemic, Sundays have looked slightly differently for our children and families. We still meet in person, and we still want to learn together to follow Jesus, but we’re finding new and creative ways to do this.
Keep reading to see what’s happening on the different Sundays of the month. We meet at 10:30 am at the church, except for Wild Worship, when times and venues can vary.
One the first and third Sundays of the month a Family Church Group meets midway through the service.
Here, children and their parents or carers share Bible input, crafts, games, and music. This is led by one of our deacons, Moira Nicoll. This term we’ve been exploring Jesus and emotions.
On the second Sunday of the month, we have an all-together service. This means that everybody stays together throughout, whatever your age.
This service is interactive and includes crafts, music, and games that help explore the Bible and what it means to follow Jesus today. This service is normally led by our minister, James Watson.
On the fourth Sunday of the month, a group of us head outdoors to use the natural world and the Bible to think more about who God is and what it means to love and follow Jesus in our day-to-day lives.
